Welcome.
I am glad you are here.
I live in San Francisco where I work as a Gestalt therapist, Clinical supervisor and educator.
I am passionate about helping other women feel more confident and fulfilled through individual and group work.
I am invested in working with educational institutions and parents to support the younger generations coming of age in the time of social media, as these technologies can be very harmful for girls as they establish their identity and sense of self.
As a teenager, I struggled with my own self-worth, and receiving support helped me turn my life around. From that moment on, I have dedicated myself to a life of growth and authenticity.
I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I have trained in Relational Gestalt and Gestalt Awareness Practice in the tradition of Dick Price, as taught by Dorothy Charles, Christine Price and many other inspiring teachers. I have trained at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and at Tribal Grounds Circle.
I currently work at Edgewood Center for Children and Families as a Clinical Supervisor. I am also an Adjunct Professor at CIIS.
I have worked at several Non-profits in California including The Center for Somatic Psychotherapy, Pacific Clinics (Uplift Family Services) and Instituto Familiar de la Raza serving children, adults and families.
I enjoy teaching and have had the opportunity to lead and assist therapy groups, workshops and graduate-level courses for adults and children.
I am originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have a degree in Communications from Universidad de San Andrés. Prior to working as a therapist, I worked as a Communications Manager at a digital agency.
My life has taken many turns, but thanks to all the teachings I received, I have been able to navigate the challenges head on and stay deeply rooted in myself. Throughout my journey, I have acquired many tools which I look forward to sharing with you.
